Temperature and Process Controller and Indicator TC 31

Basic features

  • display of real and required value at the same moment
  • holding time on the required value
  • adjustment of increasing and decreasing rates of controlled variable
  • manual or automatic adjustment of P, I, D parameters of controller, (optimalization of control)
  • possibility of hysteresis adjustment
  • adjustable sample frequency of input, output; and filter of displayed value
  • monitoring of two values with control of 2 outputs (possibility to report non-permitted status)
  • report of error status acoustically and on display
  • optional limitation of adjustment of required value
  • protection of majority of adjustable data through user password
  • possibility to control the servovalve through three-position output also without position sensor

for temperature control

  • possibility to adjust the performance in 5 stages (20, 40, 60, 80, 100 %)
  • adjustment of a point to change the performance switching over (e.g. from 40 % to 100 % at 250 0 C)
  • compensation of thermocouple cold end: 0-100 0 C or automatic

  • reporting of defective status through acoustic signal
  • independent protection against exceeding the maximum temperature
  • selectable limitation of adjustment of required value
  • protection of most adjustable data through user password
